Overview
Your journey begins in Lima with a visit to the ancient Pachacamac Oracle before flying to Cusco, the historic navel of the world. After acclimatizing and exploring iconic sites like Coricancha and Sacsayhuaman, you will venture into the Sacred Valley to visit the community of Chinchero and the agricultural terraces of Moray. The adventure deepens as you journey to the towering, snow-capped Mount Ausangate for a three-day high-altitude camping retreat. Here, guided by authentic Andean Masters, you will participate in group meditation and traditional offerings to Mother Earth at pristine sacred lagoons. Following this spiritual immersion, you will board a train to explore the magnificent cloud-forest citadel of Machu Picchu. The expedition culminates with an early, rewarding hike to the vibrant Rainbow Mountain, concluding with a celebratory farewell dinner in Cusco before your departure flight back to Lima.
Itinerary
DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN PERU
Arrival in Lima.
Transfer from the international airport to the hotel in Miraflores.
DAY 2: VISIT TO THE PACHACAMAC ORACLE
In the morning, we will head south of Lima to visit the Oracle Temple of Pachacamac, one of the most visited sacred sites in South America.
In the afternoon, we’ll explore the Miraflores coast and nearby areas.
Accommodation: Hotel Girasoles
DAY 3: CUSCO, THE NAVEL OF THE WORLD
Transfer from Lima’s Jorge Chavez Airport to board our flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. We’ll explore the Historic Center while we acclimatize to 3,400 m.a.s.l., visiting the San Pedro Market.
DAY 4: EXPLORING THE SACRED TEMPLES OF CUSCO
After breakfast, we’ll visit the city and its emblematic sites such as the Coricancha (Temple of the Sun) and Sacsayhuaman.
DAY 5: TOWARD THE SACRED VALLEY
Today we’ll visit the Community of Ocutuan in Chinchero and the archaeological complex of Moray.
DAY 6: THE SACRED MOUNTAIN AUSANGATE
In the morning, we’ll drive toward the sacred Andean mountains.
After a 3-hour journey, we’ll begin our hike until reaching our camp in the afternoon, over 4,000 meters above sea level.

DAY 7: SACRED LAGOON – AUSANGATE
After breakfast prepared by our trekking team, we’ll head toward one of the sacred lagoons at the foot of Mount Ausangate, the protector Apu of Cusco. Here we’ll conduct group meditation practices.
We’ll then return to camp to rest.
DAY 8: AUSANGATE – SACRED VALLEY
In the morning, we’ll continue our hike to another sacred lagoon where we’ll make an offering to Mother Earth (Pachamama), led by Andean Masters accompanying us. At midday, our transport will take us back to the Sacred Valley.
DAY 9: MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO
After breakfast, we’ll go to the train station for our journey to Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu, the Sacred City nestled high in the cloud forest mountains. We’ll explore its ancient streets and Andean temples. In the afternoon, we’ll take the train back to Ollantaytambo, then a bus to Cusco.
DAY 10: RAINBOW MOUNTAIN – CUSCO
We’ll rise early for a 3-hour drive, followed by a hike to Rainbow Mountain. In the afternoon, we’ll return to Cusco.
DAY 11: FAREWELL TO CUSCO AND PERU
Check-out. Free morning in Cusco. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for your flight to Lima.
