WHAT TO BRING AND ADVICES:
- Rain poncho, rain jacket, proper hiking boots.
- Proper warm clothes, at that altitude it is quite cold and windy.
- Sun Glasses, Sun block, the sun is really strong. You will need to protect your head (with a hat).
- Extra snacks are always recommended and a bottle of water.
- Travel insurance from your side, strongly recommended.
Itinerary
The tour starts with your early pickup transfer from your hotel in Cusco and we take the train to Aguas Calientes. We normally departs Cusco from 03:00 am to 04:00 am. Then we will have our guided tour of the most important places of the Machu Picchu Incan City. This will takes around two hours. After the tour your will have free time in Machu Picchu for some more photos and then we will take the bus down to Aguas Calientes where we can find a place to eat. In the afternoon, we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo and the transfer back to your hotel in Cusco.
