There is a destination in Ayacucho that stands out from the rest. It is the natural pools of Millpu, known for its scenic beauty and the experiences it generates. The natural pools of Millpu, in Ayacucho, give you the opportunity to spend a magical moment in the middle of nature. Let yourself be conquered by its beauty.
They are also known as lagoons or natural pools and are located in the community of Circamarca, four hours from the city of Ayacucho by bus or public transportation. A total of 20 pools, which have a turquoise and green color, are adorned by the vegetation that surrounds them forming a landscape worthy of a dream postcard.

What to bring and advices
- Binoculars (imperative).Just in case, you can take personal medication for altitude sickness, you will find locally some drugstores at the main street.
- Please make sure to inform us about your health/food/physical restrictions in advance so we can prepare them for you.
- In case you need to pay the remaining balance, it is advisable to take some cash. You can get some money from the ATM machines that are located in the center of the City of Cusco.
- Be always ready for rain and cold, take some rain poncho water proof clothes and warm clothes. Proper hiking boots.
- Insect repellent is essential, especially considering that some mosquitoes can be quite annoying, particularly in lower areas. If you plan to visit Machu Picchu, this tip will come in handy.
- Original Passport is very important to enter to Machupicchu
- It is advisable to have a little extra money to buy souvenirs or for unforeseen situations.
- Covid vaccination certificates required.

Itinerary
Pick up at the airport and then transfer you to your hotel. After the check in at 09:00 am pick up from your hotel to start the tour by the city, wari archaeological complex, Quinua town and Ayacucho pampas. Return to Huamanga main square at 3:30 pm. Wari archaeological complex - places to see: Wari museum, Vegachayoqmoqo, Monqachayoq funerary and Vaticinio rock. Quinua Town - places to see: Typical food from Quinua town and clay crafts, ceramics Ayacucho pampas - places to see: Historic sanctuary of the Ayacucho pampas.

We will pick you up from your Hotel around 08:00 am, then we will start our adventure. Our first stop after driving 4 hours is: Pata Qocha and his Turquoises water of Millpu. We will see 25 natural pools with a transparent and turquoise water, the water is cold but with the half day heat, you will want to enter to the pools. Finally, you can see many of waterfalls too. Return to Huamanga main square at 6:00 pm approximately.

TEXTOS We will pick you up from your Hotel around 08:00 am, then we will start our adventure. Our first stop after driving 3 hours is: The Puyas of Raymondi, the Pumaqocha or Intiwata lagoon, the Aqllawasi (house of chosen women), Sun Gate then, we will continue our tour by Vilcas Huamán where you can see: The Sun and Moon temple, pyramid of Oshno and the Inca Tupac Yupanqui palace. Our bus will be waiting for us to take us back to your hotel then transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
