What to bring and advices
- It is really advisable and important that you arrive to Cusco at least 2 days prior the trek, in order to acclimatize to the altitude.
- Just in case, you can take personal medication for altitude sickness, you will find locally some drugstores at the main street Av El Sol or near to the main square of Cusco.
- Please make sure to inform us about your health/food/physical restrictions in advance so we can prepare them for you.
- In case you need to pay the remaining balance, it is advisable to take some cash. You can get some money from the ATM machine that are located in the centre of the City of Cusco.
- Be always ready for rain and cold, take some rain poncho water proof clothes and warm clothes. Proper hiking boots.
- Insect repellent, some mosquitos are really annoyed specially at lower altitude, Provably You will visit Machupicchu so this advice is for You.
- Original Passport is very important to enter to Machupicchu.
Strict Indications
- Do not consume drugs, alcohol, coffee or chocolate for at least one day prior to your Ayahuasca ceremony. Avoid canned food, red meat and pork, processed meats such as ham, hot dogs, salame, etc… and excessive salt and sugar. You cannot take any prescription drugs, antibiotics, injections, pills or others on the actual days of the Ayahuasca ceremonies. If you regularly take prescription drugs, please advise us in advance so that we can consult with our Ayahuasca master to ensure that you will be able to participate in the Ayahuasca ceremony. You must abstain for from any type of sexual relation including masturbation. Women who are menstruating or are pregnant should abstain from participating. We would also like to advise that it is forbidden to smoke, drink alcohol or take any type of drugs during your stay at the retreat center.

Itinerary
We will pick you up from your hotel at 2:00 pm to take the transport to the Sacred Valley which is located our ceremonial center, traveling 1 hour and half approx. Once we will arrive to the place should be time to use it to focus on what you would like to get at night with Ayahuasca ceremony. If you believe in the power of prayer suggest you use this time to pray or meditate. This is important to ensure you have enough energy and clarity for the Ayahuasca ceremony. After the meditation time will be the moment to ask about the ceremonies and explain some personal purpose you may have. Then you will initiate the cleaning and flourishing ceremony. The Ayahuasca ceremony began between 6.00 pm and 7.00 pm with Master
Ayahuasquero.

Early in the morning, completely prepared you will take part in the last and most important healing, the offering to Mother Earth or Pacha Mama so that you can show gratitude while creating a sense of inner and outer harmony thus providing closure for the ceremony. This ceremony will also be performed by a Master Andean Priest. We Will complete our stay with a nourishing breakfast and an integration conversation with the Masters before returning to Cusco in the early afternoon. We will pick you up from your Cusco Hotel around 08:30 am, then we will start our adventure Our first stop after driving some minutes is the Awanacancha Alpaca farm. Here, you will see the traditional animals of the Incas: llamas, alpacas, viñuna, and guanaco. Your guide will give you background information, Then, we will drive to El Mirador del Valle Sagrado, the Sacred Valley Lookout Point, for amazing views and photos. Following, we will visit the famous Pisaq Market, where People come down from the Andean villages to sell their textiles and vegetables. we will continue the journey up to the Pisaq Inca Archeological site, located on top of Pisaq Mountain in the Sacred Valley. our tour guide will take you to the most impressive spots. Then, we will drive along the valley for about 01 hour, until we reach Urubamba, where we will stop for lunch(Not Included). After lunch, we will drive to Ollantaytambo, where the second heaviest Inca monoliths are to be found. The ruins have an amazing Temple of the Sun, Moon, and The Temple of the 10 Niches. This living Incan town displays narrow walkways, lined with water channels. Later in the afternoon You will head the train station and catch your train to Aguas Calientes, the journey is just under two hours, descending into the Cloud Forest, where you will see orchids, bromelias and ferns. Our representatives will meet you just outside the train station, upon arrival and lead you to your hotel.

Today you will visit Machu Picchu. You will be visiting the famous Sacred City of the Incas, You will determine, with your tour guide, the best time to start your day. Most people prefer to rise at 06:00 a.m. walk to the bus station to take one of the first buses up to Machu Picchu. After a 25-minute bus ride to Machu Picchu, Our tour guide will take you to the best views before the day trippers arrive. Then, we will start the two hours guided, walking tour, exploring all of the famous places of this impressive citadel: The Temple of
the Sun, The Royal Tomb, The Intiwatana (sun Dial rock), Main Plaza, Temple of the 3 Windows. After the tour, you will have time to explore the ruins on your own. We suggest to take the bus down around 01:00 pm to Aguas Calientes to enjoy lunch at one of the many restaurants there. Be sure to arrive at the train station 30 minutes before your departure. Our train schedule is usually at 6:00 p.m. to Ollantaytambo, where you will catch our private transportation for another two-hour drive back to Cusco (Train time it depends on availability).
