Overview and Highlights
Experience this ancestral Inca ceremonial retreat, which will allow you to see a new perspective of life and develop physically and spiritually.
The celebration of Pachamama has a mystical connection with the origin of the universe and human beings.
According to this ancestral belief, Mother Earth takes energy from the cosmos, the universe, time and space. The name Pacha derives from this energy source, and it is through this link that there is a deep respect for its integrity.
In the ceremony, created by the peoples of the central Andes, a series of offerings are made to celebrate the “protective” and fertile nature of the earth, which vary according to the region.
The rituals of Pachamama Day have varied over time, taking different forms and being enriched by the cultural, historical and social legacies of different communities. Depending on the ancestral customs of each people, the method of celebration varies.
