ABOUT THE COST
Our costs are expressed in American dollars (U$$) and before you make any reservation, we ask you to be voluntarily in accordance with the price you are going to pay for the tour you´ll be taking. This is to avoid any inconveniences for any dilemmas regarding any prior claims. Our prices are subject to change without any previous announcemente, however, if you have already confirmed your reservation, there will not be any variation regarding the amount of money you have had to pay for your tour. Also consider the following:
REGARDING BOOKING THE 4 DAY OR 2 DAY INCA TRAIL
Once you have reserved the trk, we will not be able to make any changes to be trip, because everything is controlled by Ministry of Culture. We don´t allow any modifications. After having made the reservation, which will have been establish by lkaw, any cancellations and/or waiting list do not work with the Inca Trail topu.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Before starting your trip, we highly recommen that you obtain travel insurance, which will cover accidents, medical expenses, and emergency repatriation, including aerial rescue or aerial ambulance.
RISKS
For your reservation for any of our trips, you understand the risks that are implied and the you totally assume the risks that are involved upon going on your tour with us. CROSSOVERPERU doesn´t assume any liability with respect to anything that might occur along to away, by negligence of the tourist or anything else that might happen that is out of our control.
RESPONSABILITY
CROSSOVERPERU does not assume any responsability or obligation for any accidents, harm, illnesses, deaths, delays, and injuries to other people or to property. We also don´t assume any responsability for any causes of major force, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, earthquakes, political situations, etc., thatr determine and cancellations, changes, or delays, etc. The cliente will have to pay anyadditional fee, as a result of situations like yhis that can occur. We are not reponsible for the loss of any luggage, theft, or type damage to your baggage, understanding that you be travelling under your own responsability.
REGARDING PAYMENT
To secure and confirm your reservation, it is necessary that you have the confirmation of your total payment 100%.
Confirmation of a reservation:
We will always confirm your reservation and when we have received all the requirements needed, especially the date of the start of the toru and any alternative dates, the dates on your passport and the confirmation of your payment. If you are lacking any of this information with your reservation, it won´´t be possible to confirm your reservation at all. The confirmation of a reservation, could delay between 2 hours to 48 hours during business days.
Meetings prior to your tour:
One or two nights before the departure of your tour, we will have a birefing at your hotel. In some cases, it might be by telephone. Usually, the meetings take palce between the hours of 6 pm and 7 pm, however the exact time and place of the meting will be confirmen to you. Thiis meetying is just so what we can coordinate the trip with your and provide you with any required information regarding the tour. We will also clear any worriues that you might have at the meeting.
CANCELLATIONS
CROSSOVERPERU will need to be notified of any change or cancellation of your trip as soon as possible. You need to be certain of the changes being made You will have to send us an email to notify us. Once the trip in cancelled, there won´t be any way to change this situation at all.
Upon confirming your reservation, you will be expressing the fact that you fully accept all of your terms and nconditions.

POSTPONEMENT BY THE CLIENT
With written notification 30 days before arrival, the cliente may postpone their trip to any date one year from the original date and receibe travel credit for the future trip.
The cliente does not need to have new dates selected to postpone. please note that some services and hotels may need more advanced booking due to high demand/limited availability.
*If your itinerary includes Inca Trail, postponement fees will be charged. Please ask your travel advisor for details.
Crossover Peru will not cover all price increases between each year. Additional standard inflation rates apply or price variation. Clients can calculate inflation rates using this neutral inflation calculator.
