Thank you very much for choosing Crossover Peru, we will provide you a nice experience here in Peru. Please read carefully the following information about our terms and conditions of tickets buying.
ABOUT THE COST
Our costs are expressed in American dollars (USS) and before you make any reservation, we ask you to be voluntarily in accordance with the price you are going to pay for the tour you’ll be taking. This is to avoid any inconveniences or any dilemmas regarding any prior claims. Our prices are subject to change without any previous announcement, however, if you have already confirmed your reservation, there will not be any variation regarding the amount of money you have had to pay for your tour. Also consider the following:
- Each ticket has already included our agency fee and taxes.
- PayPal payments has a payment fee of 7% and visa payment plus 6%. In our final price is already included the plus.
- Once the ticket is bought there is NO way to get any refund.
- In case we couldn’t buy your ticket, we are going to give you fully refund.
- Once the ticket is bought there is NO way to make any changes.
- CROSSOVERPERU is going to send you an invoice and your booking confirmation via e-mail with your reservation code.
- All Purchases will be made between 24hs unless there is holidays or Sundays. If so It could take 48hs. Before to make the reservation you must agree with this condition. Anyways we’ll let you know if the tour has any restriction or condition. Or you can see it in the itinerary.
REGARDING BOOKING THE 4 DAY OR 2 DAY INCA TRAIL
Once you have reserved the trek, we will not be able to make any changes to the trip, because everything is controlled by Ministry of Culture. We don’t allow any modifications. After having made the reservation, which will have been established by law, any cancellations and/or waiting list do not work with the Inca Trail tour.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Before starting your trip, we highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance, which will cover accidents, medical expenses, and emergency repatriation, including aerial rescue or aerial ambulance.
RISKS
For your reservation for any of our trips, you understand the risks that are implied and that you totally assume the risks that are involved upon going on your tour with us. CROSSOVERPERIL doesn’t assume any liability with respect to anything that might occur along the way by negligence of the tourist or anything else that might happen that is out of our control.
RESPONSIBILITY
CROSSOVERPERU does not assume any responsibility or obligation for any accidents, harm, illnesses, deaths, delays, and injuries to other people or to property. We also don’t assume any responsibility for any causes of major force, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, earthquakes, political situations, etc., that might determine any cancellations, changes, or delays, etc. The client will have to pay any additional fee, as a result of situations like this that can occur. We are not responsible for the loss of any luggage, theft, or type damage to your baggage, understanding that you be travelling under your own responsibility.
REGARDING PAYMENT
To secure and confirm your reservation, it is necessary that you have the confirmation of your total payment 100%.
Confirmation of a reservation:
We will always confirm your reservation and when we have received all the requirements needed, especially the date of the start of the tour and any alternative dates, the dates on your passport and the confirmation of your payment. If you are lacking any of this information with your reservation, it won’t be possible to confirm your reservation at all. The confirmation of a reservation, could delay between 2 hours to 48 hours during business days.
Meetings prior to your tour:
One or two nights before the departure of your tour, we will have a briefing at your hotel. In some cases, it might be by telephone. Usually, the meetings take place between the hours of 6 pm and 7pm, however the exact time and place of the meeting will be confirmed to you. This meeting is just so that we can coordinate the trip with you and provide you with any required information regarding the tour. We will also clear any doubts or worries that you might have at the meeting.
CANCELLATIONS
- If you had completely paid for all of your purchase and you cancel your trip 60 days or more before the start of your trip, we will be able to reimburse you, the total payment with a discount of 20% for administratives fees.
- If you had completely paid for all of your purchase and you cancel your trip 30 days or more before the start of your trip, we will be able to reimburse you, the total payment with a discount of 50% for administratives fees.
- If the cancellation had been made 15 days before the start of your trip, we will not be able to return any of the payment, because this will result in us considering it a NO SHOW.
POSTPONEMENT BY THE CLIENT
With written notification 30 days before arrival, the client may postpone their trip to any date one year from the original arrival date and receive travel credit for the future trip.
The client does not need to have new dates selected to postpone. Please note that some services and hotels may need more advanced booking due to high demand/limited availability.
*If your itinerary includes Inca Trail, postponement fees will be charged. Please ask your travel advisor for details.
CrossoverPeru will not cover all price increases between each year. Additional standard inflation rates apply or price variation. Clients can calculate inflation rates using this neutral inflation calculator.
“Notes:
– International and domestic airfare does not apply to the postponement terms. Crossover Peru f will apply the airline’s postponement and cancellation policies.
– Selected hotels, trains and cruises may have different postponement terms, and fees may apply.
– Please note that different postponement deadlines may apply for large groups (e.g., 10 or more traveling together) or specific quotes and services.
-The above terms are valid for postponements only. For cancellations, the standard cancellation policy applies.
– Applies for the first postponement dates.
-Postponements should be made for any time until one year after the original arrival date.
